  • Responsible for supervising and controlling all matters of educational services from associate to professional doctorate for students.
  • Supervising the implementation of regulations and educational regulations in affiliated faculties and establishing coordination between them.
  • Making necessary coordination with relevant authorities to register new students and receive the names of those accepted for the national exam from the Unified Assessment and Registration Organization in late September of each year in cooperation with education personnel
  • All matters related to the reception of students of origin and destination in every three semesters (correspondence, system review, tracking scores, discrepancies in transcripts, etc.)
  • Issuing academic leave for students.
  • Handling all requests from applicants for transfer, change of major after final registration in the transfer system of the relevant ministry.
  • Carrying out affairs of male students leaving the country, including all affiliated faculties (necessary correspondence with the law office)
  • Developing the existing educational system and creating new capabilities. With regard to respecting the client, saving university financial resources, requests from faculties, requests from education users, and also developing e-government.
  • Designing and implementing various educational forms and their standardization: Experts obtain the format of correspondence and design it in the software program. Such as comprehensive basic science and pre-internship exam cards, etc.
  • Technical support for the university student transfer and party web system.
  • Technical support for the brilliant talent system under the domain web.
  • Supporting and updating the electronic systems of the vice-chancellor. All information and software versions are updated and made available through the education management portal - electronic services to all education users.
  • Defining the user code and password by determining the specific access level of each expert in the education software and IBS to connect to the education network.
  • Definition of majors in accordance with the standard coding of the relevant ministry and the course syllabus based on the Supreme Planning Council
  • Correction of students' academic records based on educational laws and regulations - educational councils - postgraduate education - special cases commission
  • Registration of scores of comprehensive basic science exams for pre-interns - promotion - guest and transfer
  • Registration of equivalency courses and student scores
  • Registration of professor information and assignment of user codes
  • Printing of complete transcripts of graduates - graduates - higher levels
  • Registration of new students
  • Follow-up on receiving student and assistant admission capacity from faculties and sending to the relevant ministry and follow-up on registration in the relevant system by machine services.
  • Follow-up on receiving the list of accepted candidates for the assistantship and postgraduate exams and registration of accepted candidates (introduction to relevant units / carrying out matters related to the notarial commitment of assistants / introduction and follow-up on receiving the results from the research core / issuing annual notification to assistants / inquiring about the academic confirmation of the previous level of education / following up on the affairs of the duty system of assistants )
  • Planning and holding the annual non-continuous master's exam for medical groups.
  • Continuous visits to groups with assistants.
  • Design and develop the operational organizational structure required to fulfill the job description and propose the number and specifications of full-time faculty members and experts to the Vice President for Education of the University
  • Define and launch operational units related to the job description (such as community-based and responsive education, research in education, and others)
  • Develop the center's operational plan in accordance with the approved job description and submit it for approval to the University's Educational Council annually
  • Develop a policy for the center's interaction, cooperation, and communication with the University's Clinical Skills Center, the University's Virtual Education Center, the Medical Education Group, the University's Continuing Education and Vocational-Skills Education Center, the Office of Brilliant Talents, and the Medical Education Research Center, if any
  • Attendance of the director of the study center in the meetings of the University's Educational Council with the right to vote as a permanent member
  • Attendance of the director of the study center in the meetings of the University's Council (preferably)
  • Attendance of the director of the study center in the meetings of the University's Research and Student-Cultural Council (preferably)
  • Cooperate with the university's faculty recruitment and audit (promotion and advancement) committees upon request
  • Develop and implement a policy for monitoring the performance of the educational development offices of faculties and hospitals
  • Submit a report Performance to the University Educational Vice Chancellor periodically
  • Estimating the number of faculty members specializing in fields related to medical education of the University Educational Vice Chancellor
  • Designing and implementing a policy document to provide guidance and advice in relation to educational development measures assigned by the relevant ministry and implementing them if referred by the University Educational Vice Chancellor
