- Directing, coordinating, implementing and supervising the development and revision of educational programs with an emphasis on their responsiveness to the health needs of the community
- Organizing, planning, implementing and supervising the improvement of the capabilities of faculty members in various fields of medical science education
- Directing, implementing and supervising modern educational and study methods to develop and improve the quality of university education
- Organizing, implementing and supervising the evaluation of faculty members and teaching and learning processes
- Directing and supervising the processes of evaluating learners and analyzing test results with the aim of improving the quality of tests
